The LTC Digital Senior Product Owner serves as the voice of both the business and the customer, focusing on enhancing the digital customer journey. This role is crucial in aligning business needs with customer satisfaction, driving strategic goals, and ensuring the successful realization of our vision, strategy, and OKRs.
Position Responsibilities:
Voice of the Business, Customer, and End-User:
Align business needs with segment and global priorities within the LTC storefront.Prioritize business and customer needs within the squad to timely delivery of digital enhancementsUnderstand and address business, customer, and end-user pain points and preferences.Leverage personas and customer journeys to champion the ideal experience.Stay informed on industry trends to facilitate strategic planning and outcome delivery.Accurately represent the customer/stakeholder voice in user story definitions.Value/Backlog Management:
Drive strategy and delivery of key capabilities aligned with the customer journey.Lead the squad in prioritizing high-value work, managing the squad backlog effectively.Build and refine the user story backlog, prioritizing based on value.Ensure backlog visibility and clarity for all squad members.Integrate feedback from demos, user research, and engineering into the backlog.Validate completed user stories against the definition of done.Squad Alignment & Communication:
Provide coaching on agile practices and product content knowledge.Clearly communicate desired outcomes for current and future capabilities.Lead or support demos of the squad’s work outputs.Contribute to roadmap development and assist in drafting squad specific OKRs aligned with the value stream.Shared Accountabilities:
Collaborate with the Lead Product Owner, Experience Strategist, and Operations to address customer needs, opportunities, and pain points, validate solutions and enhance user experiences.Work with HCD and IT to continuously deliver high-value products and features that our customers love.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in project executionExperience working in an agile delivery squadUnderstand the feature workflow from intake to release, optimizing squad work in progress and ensuring alignment with pillar OKRs.Have a solid understanding of the long-term care business and digital enterprise enablement technologies.Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholdersPreferred Skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related disciplineProduct Owner Certification (SAFe POPM, SAFe SA, etc.)Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technologyWhen you join our team:

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
