We are seeking a motivated student with the below qualifications to join our production department. The role involves assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

     •    Support production processes by preparing reports, and presentations.
     •    Monitor and document production activities to ensure quality standards.
     •    Assist in brainstorming and idea-generation activities.
     •    Assist in Plant optimization activities
     •    Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues.
     •    Follow safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

3rd or 4 th grade undergraduate students Being able to work 4 days a week is a must for one year Engineering majors preferred Prior intern/co-op experience in a related field preferred Ability to self-manage Strong verbal and written communication skills Excel in project work and like the sense of accomplishment that accompanies "getting things done" Ability to learn fast and keep up with the rapidly changing technological field Prefers a culture of open communication Detail-oriented with superior analysis and problem-solving skills
