About the Role

This position is responsible for designing propositions and defining product positioning to the evolving long-term savings, life protection and wealth/legacy needs of AIA Philippines Group’s target customers. The position will cover long term savings, life protection and wealth propositions for AIA Philippines and BPI AIA.

Role and Responsibilities:

This position is accountable for the delivery of the following roles and responsibility:

Long Term Savings, Life Protection & Wealth Propositions Design – Partner with Product Management team to inform proposition development with customer segmentation and insights, and design customers’ experience around products and services.

Proposition Marketing & Communications – Partner with Brand team to design compelling launch and communication plans for propositions, anchored on customer insights. This will include public / customer communications, as well as tools and materials that Life Planners and distribution partners can leverage to communicate products and solutions to end customers.

Life Protection, Wealth and Long-Term Savings Proposition Development & Implementation – Deliver propositions designed to address customers long-term financial needs and design propositions leveraging investment fund offerings by the Company.

High Net Worth Proposition Development & Implementation – Identify appropriate solutions for the HNW customer segment. Partner with distribution, CX and product development teams to design the product/s and associated experiences. Where needed, identify third-party value-added services to deliver exclusive benefits and the level of service expected by high-net-worth customers.

Financial Management - Accountable for the management of budget for their functional area and ensuring that spend falls within approved thresholds and delivers committed benefits

Risk Management – Ensure proper risk assessments are done on all activities under their remit, establish controls for any risk/s identified, and ensure such controls are properly and consistently implemented.

Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or another related field

Min 5 years' experience in product management and/or product / solutions design, particularly in the long-term savings, life protection, legacy planning, endowment and VUL insurance space

Demonstrated ability to deliver customer solutions based on insights, and effectively engage customers
