Loss Adjuster

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of domestic home property claims and deliver a best in market claims experience to our customers, whilst achieving the most cost-effective and timely outcomes in accordance with policies and procedures.


What are my accountabilities?

Manage a portfolio of domestic property claims from first advice to settlement;Determine extent and cause of loss via the most effective, efficient and client and customer-focused method of investigationDeliver loss adjusting services that meet or exceed the service standards required by the clientProject manage the rectification, remediation or re-instatement of damaged propertyDeliver an exceptional claims experience by working collaboratively and constructively with support colleagues

About you

Previous domestic property adjusting experience;Diploma in Loss Adjusting or equivalentProven ability to manage complaints and disputed claims when required;An understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations;Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
