100% Remote Pay: $25-$30/hr based on experience Description We're looking for someone from a customer service background with experience mitigating losses through accuracy and adherence with mortgage insurance policies and procedures, internal controls and regulatory guidelines. This person will be responsible for reviewing and decisioning workout files and providing Mortgage Insurer decision to Mortgage Servicers. They will manages all aspects of customer service to include: Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer requests both internal and external, and troubleshooting customer problems of varying degrees and complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Minimum of 3-5 years of Loss Mitigation experience with an established mortgage insurer or mortgage banking organization. • High school diploma (required) • Proficient computer skills • Strong analytic and analysis skills • Strong negotiation skills • Organization and attention to detail • Familiarity with lending-related terminology and processes, especially related to mortgage delinquency. • The ability to safeguard confidential customer and company information. • The ability to follow instructions but work with minimal direct supervision.
