WHAT YOU’LL DO​
As Loss Prevention Analyst, you will oversee and manage loss prevention issues within organization to prevent and minimize losses. You will support the Security Manager to ensure that the company and its employees are complying with internal security and procedures as well as regulatory requirements which are connected to the prospective company’s loss. Together with the Security team, you will ensure that the H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe.

You will:

Analyze, investigate, identify, and follow up on deviating POS activity with focus on training needs, routines and fraudsAnalyze POS data using the loss prevention system for multiple countriesPrepare and analyze predefined store audit reports in the loss prevention management systemSupport store auditors while conducting the store auditBuild a case by collecting evidence from the loss prevention system, receipt copies, refund notes etc.Supporting the security department in executing fraudulent investigations and interviews and report all cases in the incident management systemYou follow up and analyze main KPIs and initiate actions to increase profit, balancing long and short-term plansSupport the store teams in their Loss Prevention action plans, including collaboration with guards.Support the Security Department with administrative tasks

The Loss Prevention Analyst is part of Security Department and report to Security Manager. You motivate, inspire and drive others to comply with company security and loss prevention policies and procedures. You communicate with people at all levels and want to contribute to company’s meaningful growth​.

Working Experience in relevant field or store managerial role (SM, DM, COR)Excellent MS office skills.Fluent knowledge of Romanian & English, spoken and written.Experience in company safety, security routines and procedures.
