Loss Prevention Digital Surveillance Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Monitor incident report submissions in the ticketing tracking system and investigate accordinglyPull and review video surveillance for internal requests and law enforcementWork with Loss Prevention Manager to complete case investigations/recaps and provide properly document all your findings in an organized mannerSupport departmental goals of reduction in company shrink and exposurePrepare and process proper documentation to successfully terminate, acquire restitution from, and/or prosecute employees who engage in dishonest, illegal, or harmful activitiesCollaborate effectively with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies for the benefit of the companyMaintain competency in the use of all security equipmentIdentify and report failures to follow company policies and procedures to the appropriate departmentAdditional responsibilities as assigned Adheres to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:  Education

High School Diploma/GED equivalent requiredAssociate degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school in a related field preferred

Qualifications:  Experience

2+ years of loss prevention investigation experience preferred1 yr. experience as a Maverik Store Manager a plusProficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:  Competencies

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skillsPractice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or directionProven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needsA history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problemsExperience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making
