SUMMARY 

Under general supervision, the LP Maintenance Coordinator communicates with the field, vendors, and the Store Support Center to ensure proper installation and repair of Store facility and LP equipment. This position interacts with a supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback. Many non-routine activities will require a supervisor’s advance approval. 

 

This role sits full time on site in Grapevine, TX. 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* 

·        Respond to all field calls regarding the repair, maintenance and installation of Facility/LP equipment and systems. 

·        Attempt to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues before involving vendors. Work with vendors to resolve repair issues and determine appropriate course of action. 

·        Ensure satisfactory resolution of vendor involved repair issues with field management. 

·        Ensure timely response for all essential related service needs and notify all necessary Corporate and Field personnel. 

·        Enter repair orders into Service Channel.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE) 

High school diploma or GED required; accredited Bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or other related field preferred 

At least 1-2 years of administrative support, customer service and/or data entry experience required 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES 

Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to GameStop 

Ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English 

Proficient knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Access, Excel, Outlook and Word 

Proficient time management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet demanding, potentially overlapping deadlines 

Ability to retrieve, interpret and report complex printed data/information 

Possess accurate typing and data entry skills 

Working understanding of basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide)  

Ability to understand and comply with all GameStop work standards including, but not limited to, organizational policies and procedures, attendance requirements, confidentiality, and all ethical responsibilities
