SUMMARY
Under minimal supervision, the LP Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance staff for store and LP equipment repairs. The supervisor is also responsible for all new store buildouts including relocations and remodels as it pertains to the installation of all physical security equipment. Many special projects will require a supervisor’s advance approval such as testing new solutions. The role is also responsible for various case management assignments, including restitution.
This role sits full time on site in Grapevine, TX.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Oversee all field calls regarding the repair, maintenance and installation of LP equipment and systems.
· Handle all escalations to resolve equipment issues with vendors to ensure SLAs are met.
· Ensure contacted rates on vendor involved repair issues are being adhered to.
· Ensure team is responding to robbery/burglary repairs urgently.
· Approve maintenance proposals in Service Channel
· Perform Admin functions in Service Channel to ensure store hierarchy is accurate
· Attend all construction meetings to ensure SLAs are met on installations.
· Process all Restitution payments for timely submission to accounting.
· Manage the resolution status of all cases in Think LP

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
High school diploma or GED required; accredited Bachelor’s degree in business, criminal justice, or other related field preferred
At least 1-2 years of administrative support, customer service and/or data entry experience required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to GameStop
Ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English
Proficient knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically, Access, Excel, Outlook and Word
Proficient time management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet demanding, potentially overlapping deadlines
Ability to retrieve, interpret and report complex printed data/information
Possess accurate typing and data entry skills
Working understanding of basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
