Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Lot Attendant located at our Latham location. The Driver will spend time moving vehicles between rental facilities and the inventory lot as well as registrations and plates. And will also fill a leadership role in delivering vehicles and in some instances, customers, employees or vendors safely and timely to the appropriate destination(s) while giving helpful, courteous and professional customer service.

 

The current pay for this position is $18.50 / hour, employees have the opportunity to earn yearly merit increases based on performance. The position is located at 11 Northway Lane Latham, NY 12110.  

 

The part time schedule available is:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-12:30pmMonday-Friday 11am-4pm

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

Coordinating movement of vehicles as follows:Daily Rental:  branch to branch moves, cars to repair shops, delete runs, out of town trips, NCS deliveryRemarketing: sold vehicles to dealersVehicle Acquisition: picking up paperwork, checking in NCS, creating vehicle key tags (when necessary)Organizing teams so that assigned runs to be as efficient as possible and completed as assignedEnsuring all vehicles are accurately tracked and signed forMove vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.Responsible for vehicle inventory (requires ability to work outside in various elements for extended periods of time)Lot Organization- in a safe and efficient mannerMaintain and organize key of security measureMay act as the point of contact for the driver team on a daily basisMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to include shuttling cars and gathering data from internal computer system

Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

Limited to light physical effort is required including the handling of average-weight objects (up to 10 pounds).Generally requires a great deal of standing for long periods of time, walking and bending.Requires the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.Requires some flexibility in working hours.
