Job Summary Details:
  The Shuttle Driver drives passengers to and from assigned locations. Depending on the contractual need this could be around or near an airport, commercial building, hospital, sports arena, entertainment venue, educational facility or warehouse.

  Basic Qualifications:
  •  Must be 21 years of age or older  •  No experience required and on the job training provided •  No high school diploma, GED or college degree required  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  •  One (1) year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver is preferred
 

The Roving Clerk (Lot Driver) provides a vital link between the management staff and the outside operation. The Roving Clerk reports to management.

 

Responsibilities to be performed by the Roving Clerk include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

· “Vehicle Inspection” of the company vehicle you will be driving during your shift MUST be completed BEFORE the beginning of your duties. Report any vehicle or property damage immediately to your manager.

 

· Responsible for all customer service assistance calls including jump starts, vehicle location and providing air, water and gasoline. For all assistance calls EXCEPT vehicle location, a Release of Liability Waiver MUST be completed and customer signature obtained BEFORE the start of assistance. Safety practices must be followed.

 

· Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times. Represent the company’s standard anytime you are engaged with customers, employees, management and the general public. Participating, engaging, creating, encouraging, soliciting of any kind, including improper conversations is not acceptable.

 

· Maintains ticket levels in ATD’s. These levels should be checked at least once during each shift.

 

· Required to maintain a clean driving record at all times.

 

· Administer the opening and closing of all parking areas based on the availability of parking spaces.

 

· Assist Plaza Supervisors with cashiering and breaks as needed.

 

· Oversee Traffic Directors, assigning daily workstations.

 

· Keeps ongoing communication with the computer dispatcher, and technicians as to the status of opening and closing of entrance lanes.

 

· Responsible for loading tickets at the entry lanes and receipts for automated exit lanes.

 

· Responsible for the disbursement of supplies for all locations.

 

· Responsible for the collection, storage and the maintaining of audited material.

 

· Maintains the efficient flow of traffic within the Parking Facility.

 

· Directs patrons to locations with parking availability.

 

· Supplies basic directions and information to customers.

 

· Keeps close liaison with the Operation’s Manager in order to keep them abreast of activities occurring in the facility

 

· Patrol all facilities every hour and confirm signage is displaying accurately.

 

· Directs traffic as needed.

 

· All other duties as assigned.
