What you will be doing:

Follow up on all service details for Bartenders. Maintain work areas clean and organized. Maintain cleanliness of bar area by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, removing soiled glassware and emptying trash. Report all unsafe conditions immediately. Ensure bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine and beer. Stock areas with linen, glassware and silver. Complete all opening and closing side work, as assigned to include restocking the bar with garnishes, syrups, straws, napkins and all other necessary items. Assist Bartenders in servicing the guest. Take orders, prepare drinks, bus tables, open tabs and process payments. Stock bus station, as assigned. Attend required meetings. Communicate with manager before leaving shift. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor, to include cross training.

 

What is required: 

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable. Read and speak English fluently. Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees. Prefer six months to one-year experience. No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
