We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Multi-Skilled Developer to join our team. This role requires expertise in Akumina, Mendix, and full-stack development while also demanding strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Akumina, Mendix, and full-stack technologies.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.Design and develop scalable and efficient solutions that meet both business and technical needs.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, business analysts, and other developers.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.Document technical processes, workflows, and system functionalities clearly and concisely.Implement software automation of less complex business processes for internal customers. Assist with custom development, technical documentation, testing, and implementation. Interact with internal users and analysts. Perform minor user support, corrections, reporting and enhancements, while sometimes participating on projects. Develop proficiency in an applied technical area, such as SAP ABAP, Java, C++, APEX, SQL Server, SAP BW, or Greenplum. .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Akumina for building modern digital workplace experiences.Ability to create custom widgets in Akumina.Proficiency in Mendix for low-code application development.Strong full-stack development skills, including experience with:Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.jsBackend: Node.js, .NET, Java, or PythonDatabases: SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDBAPIs & Integrations: RESTful services, GraphQL, or SOAPExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.Previous experience in a fast-paced or Agile environment.Strong UI/UX understanding to ensure an optimal user experience.
