Spearhead Johnson Matthey's digital transformation as the Low-Code Platform Lead! In this role within our Data & Integration team, you will lead a team of engineers, unlocking the power of low-code development. You will provide technical expertise, drive innovation, and foster a culture of continuous learning to leverage the latest tools for a competitive edge and enhanced efficiency. The role will also be expected to drive forward our low code best practice standards and guardrails to ensure the underlying platform is used safely and securely.
Your responsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable platform requirementsManage relationships with low-code platform vendors. Partner with them to define roadmaps that align with business and technical needsLead the development of a comprehensive low-code platform strategy and roadmap aligned with company goalsManage the platform budget effectively, prioritising features and capabilities based on business value and impactSteward a secure, scalable, and high-performing platform. Continuously monitor key metrics and proactively identify areas for optimization in performance, security, and user experienceIdentify opportunities for reusable components across platforms and products to improve efficiency and scalabilityBuild and manage a high-performing platform team. Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potentialRequirements for the role:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong understanding of low-code development principles and methodologiesMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in application development, ideally with low-code platforms. Prior experience with Power Platform is a significant plusIn-depth understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents)Proven leadership skills leading and motivating a global direct and indirect team Strong understanding of security best practices for low-code developmentHow you will be rewarded:Salary range for this position is from 50,500 to 93,500 EUR per year depending on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance.
