WHAT YOU'LL DO
This position will focus on all aspects of day-to-day management of CRM and Loyalty Campaigns including email, mobile push, and SMS. The responsibilities of this role include a focus on enabling the acceleration of CRM promotions for our Rewards Program and general market. This role will also serve as project manager for our marketing campaigns including customer journeys, A/B testing, and reporting. This role is also responsible for supporting the Loyalty Manager in daily tasks to enhance and maintain the program. This position requires a strong balance of marketing planning and coordination, communication, analytics, and creative problem-solving skills. It also requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.Manage CRM and Loyalty email and mobile marketing production schedules to ensure flawless and on time execution. Secure necessary approvals from all applicable stakeholders and QA'ing all test sends.Work with the brand team/agencies on identifying assets needed to support promotional campaigns and priorities.Monitor program engagement KPIs against baselines for Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, and Unsubscribes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align loyalty efforts with overall marketing and communication strategy both in store and digitally.Support execution of all loyalty marketing deliverables including in store experience collaboration with Operations on field readiness.Support Loyalty Manager in daily tasks to enhance the Program and member experience, such as aiding in guest inquiries with Guest Relations team and managing responses for Service Center IT tickets from Stores.Project manage Loyalty program marketing materials including in-store updates and Associate Training refreshes with creative agency. This would include attending and managing any photoshoots/imagery repository and feedback/approvals from key stakeholders.Manage Loyalty program database including adding new internal users and permission set up.Support development requests for Loyalty enhancements and staying on top of status updates with cross-functional teams.Help prepare materials to internally communicate business priorities and strategy for marketing efforts and help enhance the customer view.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably restaurant, retail or consumer packaged goodsExperience executing CRM strategies within Salesforce platforms a plusKnowledge and Skills:
Proven success managing CRM/implementing personalization in emailAbility to think strategically and execute methodicallyEffective time management skills to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionExcellent communicator, both verbal and writtenProven track record of driving results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environmentExperience working in a cross-functional team and managing multiple projects at onceExperience developing emails and deploying in an ESP is preferredStrong communication and project management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage stakeholder relationships, and prioritize stakeholder requestsAbility to identify and resolve problems creativelyCourteous, can do personalitySkilled in Microsoft OfficeEnvironment and Working Conditions:
