As Loyalty Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead and evolve our loyalty program, collaborate across functions, and drive growth and profitability through customer engagement. 

What You Will Do: 

Drive the strategy, concept, and customer value proposition to align with business goals and meet customer needs. Lead the execution and rollout of the loyalty program across multiple functions, ensuring seamless delivery and integration with Sales, Brand &  Marketing, Tech, and Customer Service. Ensure a consistent, inspiring, and frictionless experience for our customers at every touchpoint. Work closely with our tech teams to implement and test new features, ensuring the program’s tech solution is effective and aligned with business needs. Drive communication initiatives across teams to engage both customers and internal stakeholders. Build strong relationships with stores, driving engagement and supporting training initiatives to ensure store colleagues understand and execute the program effectively. Forge strong collaborations with external partners to introduce new customer value propositions and enhance the program's appeal. Track customer satisfaction, business performance, and competitor trends, and suggest improvements to keep the program fresh and competitive. Lead by example, inspiring teams to use customer insights in decision making and driving initiatives that impact both customer experience and business performance. 

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed: 

A solid background in managing loyalty programs or CRM initiatives in consumer-facing industries is essential. Experience in a similar role within the retail industry is highly meritorious. Natural ability to manage project initiatives with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and seamless collaboration. Being a self-starter who takes ownership of projects and has the courage to drive new ideas forward with enthusiasm and dedication. Sharp analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and transforming it into actionable insights that improve the customer experience and business performance. Experience from working with loyalty platforms, CRM software, and other tech solutions to enhance the program’s performance. Excellence in working with cross functional and clearly communicating ideas, adapting messaging to different audiences. Understanding that business growth and customer satisfaction go hand-in-hand, making decisions based on customer experience and business impact, always looking for opportunities to elevate both. Patience and the ability to focus and prioritize initiatives, understanding that tech dependencies can impact timelines. Experience in requirement specification and testing, ensuring that all aspects of the loyalty program are effectively implemented and tested.

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is part of our offer, approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.
