Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Loyalty Product Manager for a contract to hire role. This position will work 4 days a week (M-Th) in office, Fridays remote. We are open to considering a candidate if they can work 3 days in SF with the 4th day in San Jose office.
Summary:
The Loyalty Product Manager will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of customer loyalty programs within a business. They will focus on initiatives that increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
* Program Design and Enhancement: Creating and improving loyalty programs, including rewards systems, points, tiers, and incentives
* Market Research and Analysis: Studying market trends, competitor programs, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and best practices
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with sales, marketing, customer service, and technology teams to align loyalty initiatives with overall business goals
* Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitoring program performance, analyzing data, and making adjustments to maximize effectiveness
* Customer Insights and Feedback: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences, and to improve the loyalty program experience
* Budget Management: Managing the budget allocated for loyalty programs and ensuring cost-effectiveness
