It's an exciting time in Loyalty at Morrisons, we're looking for a Loyalty Proposition Strategic Manager to join our team. You will spend your time defining and shaping the broadcast offers proposition for our Loyalty scheme to drive engagement and ensure our scheme is best in class.
You will review existing propositions and develop new offer mechanics to delight customers and drive sales. Key to this role is the analysis and research to know what will drive engagement, as well as how best to set up scheme level test & learn programmes rolling out the most successful propositions to all 8 million loyalty members.
Commerciality is key for this role, although you will work with a wider data & insight team, the ability to ask the right questions and interrogate findings will be pivotal to delivering business and customer value.
We are looking for an innovative but pragmatic thinker able to come up with fresh ideas and an energy to deliver those ideas at pace.
This position follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week*.
Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Development of the Loyalty offers strategy to ensure we continue to innovate and keep the scheme fresh
Responsible for market scanning and competitor gap analysis
Develop a deep understanding of our Loyalty programme as well as broader industry trends to tailor our scheme to match customer needs
Summarising the insight and analysis to shape future plans and to engage stakeholders in the scheme, including Commercial partners and Suppliers
