_Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a_ **_Loyalty Specialist_** _to join our_ **_FCSD (Aftersales)_** _team in our_ **_Szentendre_** _office_ **_What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?_** _The Aftersales Loyalty Specialist will support and coordinate Loyalty and Personalization programs intended to boost retail and fleet business parts sales by driving increased customer loyalty, which results in increased workshop traffic and service share._ _Current loyalty programs:_ _· Ford Protect New (Extended warranty policy) (HUN / European Direct Markets / Sweden / Denmark / Finland)_ _· Ford Protect Service Plan (HUN)_ _· Roadside Assistance (HUN / Sweden / Denmark / Finland)_ _· Service Activated Roadside Assistance (HUN)_ _· Digital Service Record (HUN / EDM)_ _· Price Transparency program and National menu / Economy pricing_ _· Ford Video Check_ **_Detailed task functions and responsibilities:_** + **_Localize and support implementation of new loyalty programs_** _initiated by Ford of Europe_ + **_Manage and supervise loyalty program updates_** _and control plan registrations in appropriate systems._ + **_Invoice reconciliation_** _related to FPN_ + _Extended warranty & SARA invoicing process_ + _Follow up FPN program changes like new model introduction, price changes_ + _Support the implementation of FordProtect Electric programs_ + _Present program updates to relevant departments like Sales, Product, Pricing_ + **_Track performances_** _of implemented programs and suggest improvement plans_ + _Review supplier’s reports and approve invoices connected to services (Roadside Assistance)_ + _Keep contact and participate at regular meetings with Central Loyalty Team, EDM Importers, Hungarian dealer network_ + **_Prepare presentations and organize scheduled training sessions_** _for Hungarian dealers and EDM Importers_ + _Liaise with Dealer Management System providers to solve data load issues_ + _Liaise with HUN dealers regarding Video Check application usage and manage the app development with the Video Check provider_ + _Regular update of National Menu pricing and Economy offers with dealers and based on the inputs, preparing the price paramater changes annually_ **_Are we looking for you?
