ABOUT THE ROLE

The Perks program was launched over 6 years ago and has continued to grow with a global focus, with exposure to 8 countries and 7 brands!

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Loyalty Specialist.  Working closely with the Loyalty Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a lifecycle marketing plan to identify strategies and tactics to optimise performance.  With a global focus, you will create marketing plans to suit the different regions and you will collaborate with key stakeholders and manage the campaigns end-to-end.

With a drive to create brand loyalty and returning customers, you will be responsible for managing and onboarding the customer experience to ensure our customers become repeat shoppers.  This focus will include our app channel so we can drive a deeper connection with our customers!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•    Demonstrated experience working in a similar Loyalty Specialist role, or extensive experience in a Loyalty Coordinator position
•    Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Marketing 
•    Experience working with loyalty programs, specifically tiered programs would be desirable
•    Proven experience in delivering marketing campaigns within a global retailer is highly regarded
•    Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns
•    A passion for utilising data that can be used to future customer growth in the program
•    Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to and influence key stakeholders and team members
•    Excellent planning, organising and time management skills, to adhere to project timelines
