As an LPDDR Product Architect at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for developing new architectures and their specifications for Low-Power DRAM memory! We are engaged in developing groundbreaking low-power memory solutions for mobile application systems and other computing fields.

In this position, you will collaborate with customers and industry standardization organizations like JEDEC and Micron’s various engineering resources such as design, verification, Product Process Integration, Engineering, Test, Assembly, and Marketing teams worldwide to proactively construct the next-generation Low-Power memory solution!"

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Driving the development of new low-power memory product architecture and spec definition by collaboration with key customers and Micron's engineering resourcesDeveloping new product architecture ideas effective for Low-Power and High-Performance memory solutions, and that should eventually detailed in the official spec documentsBuild cross-group communication to work towards standardization and group successWorking with Design, Product-Engineering, and Marketing groups to think about the best implementation considering Micron's design and manufacturing capability and improve Micron's benefitDriving innovation into the future Memory generations within a dynamic and global work environment

Requirements:

Must

Confirmed experience (ideally five to ten years) in DRAM engineeringMiddle-level English language ability

Nice to Have

Japanese language capability

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$116,000.00 - $246,500.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
