Summary

Deliver patient-focused rooming for various types of clinic visits. Communicate results and other relevant medical information to patients and providers. Ensure the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently and on time.

Schedule

Fulltime position - Working 56-64 hours every two weeks | Onsite at Lakeland Clinic Tuesday - Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM; every other Sat. daytime (with Thursday off that week)

Pay and Benefits

Starting pay begins at $21.85 per hour: exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $21.85 - $32.76 per hour $2,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates! Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance eligibility: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the Willmar Main Clinic and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
