Join the CentraCare team as an LPN. The CentraCare Pediatric Clinic, located at the Plaza, provides comprehensive care for children and teens. The clinic consists of Same Day which is an acute walk-in clinic and a regular clinic that sees well child exams, mental health, and other brief office visits.  The clinic team includes 20 providers and 25 + clinical staff.  Many of the nurses/CMAs work one-on-one with providers while others are work on a team which supports a variety different providers and tasks. In this role you will provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently.

Schedule:

Full-time | 64 hours every 2 weeks. 8-hour shifts between 7:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. No evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Pay and Benefits:

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud and relocate to within 30 miles of your primary work location.
