*This role will service the Dare and Currituck County area - Applicant must have reliable transportation*

The LPN assists and is accountable on providing individualized skilled /hospice nursing care in a community setting based on established standards of nursing practice or palliative/hospice standards of care and agency policies and procedures. This requires assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation through interventions based on clinical knowledge and skills. Patient care is delivered to patients between the ages of adolescent to geriatric.

Education and Experience

Minimum Required Education: Graduation from an accredited LPN program

Experience: One-year medical/surgical experience required. Home health experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Applicant must be licensed to work as a LPN in North Carolina or Virginia compact, multistate, and must obtain BLS certification prior to hire.
