What You’ll Do:

Provide medical support, assessments, and education for individuals in assigned programsCoordinate and monitor healthcare services and communicate medical needsTransport individuals to medical appointments and ensure follow-up careTrain and support staff on medication policies and proceduresDocument nursing interventions and maintain accurate health records

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in MA (RN applicants also considered)1+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferredValid driver’s license requiredStrong communication, advocacy, and teamwork skills
