Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Required to be current upon hire Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure – Required Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN (ref: Chapter 1000-02 - .15 LPN Scope of Practice) - Preferred* *Minimum Work Experience Minimum 1 year LPN nursing experience.
