Sign on bonus eligible! **What You Can Expect:** + A schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm + Triage of referrals, including to lab and rehab partners + Prior authorization processing and tracking + Coordinating with pharmacies and families for medication refills + Assisting with rooming of patients for clinic visits with physicians and nurse practitioners + Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare operations **Qualifications:** Education + Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program Certifications + Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association or American Red Cross + Current Licensed Practical Nuse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice **What’s in it for you** At St. Luke’s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission – and this includes our own SLHS team.
