Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree LPN Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  Upon hire: Certificate of completion of Dementia and Mental Health specialty training, or able to obtain within 90 days of hire (for Hand in Hand Assisted Living staff) Upon hire: Supportive Care SJR staff:  Nurse Delegation Certificate. 2 years of Post-license nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience working with older adults.
