Schedule: Per Diem, Days, minimum of 4 shifts a month

Floating between Thurston, Pierce, Mason and Lewis County

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Nurses are empowered by our shared governance model that includes nursing staff in the process of creating practice standards and expectations.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a school of nursing Upon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. 1 year Nursing experience in an acute care setting This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
