Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time LPN for Acute Renal Dialysis. Be a part of a great team that provides quality care to patients with acute and chronic dialysis needs.

What you will do:0.9 FTE = 72 hours/every two weeks12-hour shifts 6:00am-6:30 pm  and 5:30am-6:00pmEvery 3rd weekend, includes a Friday and Saturday shift in house Care for patients with kidney disease/injury providing Renal Dialysis and Apheresis

What you need:LPN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
