Responsibilities:

Supports the health care team, answers phones, screens patient's chart prior to appointment, interviews patients and prepares them for examinations and other proceduresAssists the physician during the exam, administers injectionsPerforms any necessary lab work or testing, follows up on test orders and reports results to the physician and patientProvides patient education, maintains medical equipment and takes inventoryPerforms other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required HS Graduate or Equivalent GEDRequired LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Florida Department of HealthPreferred lab experience
