Amazing Home Care is actively seeking motivated and experienced Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to train and supervise home health aides in both classroom and clinical settings. The position is based in the Bronx. The candidate should be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Summary:

Conduct a PCA Training program; PCA/HHA In-service & OrientationPerforms the function as a teacher, facilitator and a clinical role model in the area of expertiseMotivate and inspire individuals to become skilled home aides is essentialReviews and signs off on employees annual and initial health documentsInitiate home care visits and reassess patient needs and progress on a regular basisPrior training experience is a plusConduct supervision visits on days there is no classes

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

Current NYS Licensed Practical NurseMust be COVID-19 vaccinatedWork positively and favorably with patients, families, and staffExcellent communication and time-management skillsBilingual English & Spanish
