The Position will have the following requirements:
Board Certified LPN or LVNCurrent LPN or LVN LicenseMinimum of one year of experience in direct patient careCurrent Basic Life Support CertificationBilingual in English and Spanish encouraged, but not required
Duties and Responsibilities:
In this critical role, the LPN/LVN delivers hands-on nursing care alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Conducting health assessments, intake interviews, and documentation of medical historiesObtaining and recording vital signs and patient symptoms with accuracy and efficiencyAdministering medications and treatments as prescribed by a licensed providerAssisting in the diagnosis and treatment of routine medical conditions onsiteProviding wound care, immunizations, and basic triage supportMonitoring patients’ conditions and reporting any changes to the supervising provider. Supporting infection control and public health initiatives, including isolation protocolsPreparing patients for medical examinations or proceduresCoordinating referrals and assisting with medical transfers for higher-level careDocumenting all care provided in accordance with policies and recordkeeping standardsParticipating in emergency response efforts, including stabilization and medical summaries prior to travel, transfer, or releaseSupporting a clean, organized, and stocked clinical environmentFor More Information Contact:
