The Journey LPN LVN administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or the Physician/Advance Practice Provider (APP). This role utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the nursing process when delivering care. Performs designated patient care duties to the maximum extent allowed by Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Practice Act. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

Required qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing programUpon hire: Washington Licensed Practical Nurse.Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.18 months licensed nursing experiencePreferred qualifications:
