The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Essential information is shared with healthcare team members through documentation and oral communication.

Requirements:
+ Tennessee or compact state LPN license in good standing
+ BLS certification required
+ **1 year previous LPN experience preferred**
