Summary
We are looking for an LPN for our Occupational Health Clinic:
This role will be responsible for supporting the Influenza and Respirator Fit Testing programs for Moffitt.
Influenza Vaccine Program During influenza season, this position will work onsite at the various Moffitt locations to administer Influenza vaccinations. Administers influenza vaccines per organizational protocols. Performs appropriate vaccine surveillance, screening, and documentation. Respirator Fit Testing (RFT) Compiles monthly lists of team members that are due for their annual respirator fit testing. Communicate with team members, and their unit leaders, to ensure that RFT compliance is maintained. Ensures that team members meet compliance requirements by completing their annual testing during their designated month. Travels to onsite clinic locations to perform fit testing of team members. Reviews OSHA questionnaires and performs clearance for fit testing. Educates team members on proper mask utilization, requirements for annual testing, and proper use/handling of respirator masks.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Provides care to Moffitt Team members in accordance with established Occupational
Health guidelines, nursing care standards, and Moffitt Policy & Procedures. Coordinates, provides, and documents
Direct team member/ patient care in accordance with established standards & regulatory guidelines.

Minimum
1 year direct patient care experience. Experience with various computer software programs.Preferred:
Minimum of 1 year Occupational Health experience. Minimum of 3 years direct patient care experience. Minimum of 1 year ambulatory services such as clinics. Bilingual (English/ Spanish).
