LPN or CMA | Baxter Specialty Clinic

Up to $2,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance available. 

Find your purpose as an LPN or CMA at our Baxter Specialty Clinic! In this role, you will provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities are completed timely and efficiently.  Duties may include rooming patients, obtaining vitals, medication refills, prior authorizations, phone calls, assisting with in-office procedures, and collaborating with on-site X-ray and nearby or onsite pharmacy and laboratory services. 

Schedule:

Full Time | 60 per 2-week pay period. Variable days Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No evenings, weekends, or holidays!

Pay and Benefits:

Hiring bonus of $2,500 for LPN and $2,000 for CMA and MA LPN starting pay $19.66 per hour, CMA starting pay $18.62, MA starting at $17.75, however we pay more for experience.  $5,000 relocation assistance  Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, and more! Click or tap here to see our full benefits guide. Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.

CMA/RMA

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.  Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following:  Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date. American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). American Medical Technologists (AMT). Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA). National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT). National Healthcareer Association (NHA). National Association for Health Professionals, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA). Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA).

Medical Assistant

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.  American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). American Medical Technologists (AMT). National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT). National Healthcareer Association (NHA).

Additional Qualifications:

Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff. Must provide proof of pass notification prior to start with verification of official certification or registration within 3 months of exam date.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud and relocate to within 30 miles of primary work location.
