Job Overview: Our sites qualify for the National Health Service Corps loan repayment program (individual qualifications apply)
Job Duties:Verify patient information, obtain vitals & document in EMR Interact with patient to obtain medical history & document in EMREnsure all reports/labs are available Venipuncture using aseptic technique, proper collection, handling and storage of specimensPerforms/Assist in well child exams Performs all CLIA waived testing/QC checks Perform referrals, monitor labs, diagnostic testsPatient follow upProvide pharmacologic support/treatmentMaintain updated patient EMR medication list Knowledgeable of LINKS & VIS processAdminister and document immunizations, oral, IM, SQ and IV medicationsProvide patient education, health literacy – identify patient learning method (written, verbal, and visual)Identify patient education desires Assess comprehension, reinforce knowledge Qualifications/Skills:Current RN or LPN license in good standing with the State of Louisiana (Required) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required) Prefer experience in ambulatory care setting Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

Starting Salary Range: LPN - $ – $ per hour; up to 3% annual increases RN - $50,230 - $71,240 per year; up to 3% annual increases
