Licensure:
South Carolina Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license preferred.
Will consider LPN with management experience.

Compensation:

Negotiable with experience 

$30.00 to $35.00 per hour LPN

$37.00 to $41.00 per hour RN

 LPN or RN Unit Manager Position Highlights:

Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure accurate patient assessment and development/revision of individualized plans of care. Maintains open and ongoing communication with patients and families, providing opportunity and encouragement to participate in decision making. Understand and apply long term care regulations to daily operation/running of 44 bed unit Perform audits and develop plans of correction Supervise LPNs and other nursing partners as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
