Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. + Knowledge of infection control practices. + Experience with technology. + Computer literacy. Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. + One year of clinical experience.
