Reports to: Director Nursing - Geri Psych Under the direction of an RN, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN. Drag Edit Delete Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care. Safely administers and documents medications according to established procedures. Monitors and documents vital signs for prompted medications. Documents patient care given. Drag Edit Delete Assists RN with development of plan of care. Drag Edit Delete Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Drag Edit Delete Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families. Drag Edit Delete Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
