We are looking for a Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse, responsible for overseeing resident care and managing nursing staff to ensure high-quality healthcare services. Key duties include assessing residents' health, administering treatments and medications, and monitoring overall well-being. The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs, provides guidance, and ensures accurate documentation. They collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare providers, addressing concerns and coordinating treatments. Additionally, the Charge Nurse ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, maintains a safe environment, and advocates for residents' comfort and quality of life. Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour, based on qualifications, credentials, shift, and prior experience in the field.
