Eligibility Requirements
1. Acceptance into a fully accredited LPN program
2. The following documents must be provided if selected for an interview:

Resume (this can be uploaded with your application; if you do not have a resume, please include your employment/education history in your application)

Letter of acceptance or proof of enrollment in an accredited LPN program (this can be uploaded with your application)

One letter of recommendation from a previous/current employer (we cannot accept letters from students; it must be sent directly from your reference)
