Location: Primary Care office on Transit Rd. in Depew, NY
Position Type: Full-time, First Shift
Essential Duties of an LPN Supervisor of Clinical Services:
+ Coordinate and implement training and support to all new and existing staff on all office procedures relating to the department.
+ Prioritize daily assignments/tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor and make changes as necessary in accordance with Practice Manager.
+ Communicate with staff about changes to provider schedules, patient appointments, and issues that affect office operation.
+ Monitor staff performance and provide education, training, tools, and support necessary to perform duties.
+ Utilize problem-solving skills to work through staff and office issues and assess when situations need escalation to the Practice Manager.
+ Monitor daily call wait times and address as necessary.
+ Prepare and conduct team meetings regularly.
+ Coordinate monthly department schedule, distribute to the staff, and manage the staff time and attendance function, including approving timecards and paid time off requests.
+ Work with the Practice Manager to address employee performance and corrective action issues.
+ Write and administer annual performance evaluations in conjunction with the Practice Manager.
+ Participate in the interview process of candidates in conjunction with the Practice Manager.
+ Conduct first-level triage and investigation of patient complaints and route to Practice Manager.
+ Deliver exemplary customer service to provide a positive patient experience across the organization.
+ Perform other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications of an LPN Supervisor of Clinical Services:
+ Applicable State LPN license from an accredited facility.
+ 3 to 5 years’ experience in a medical office environment.
+ Primary Care experience preferred
+ Experience and knowledge of medical office, insurance, and medical terminology
