LPN Supervisor
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice Joplin is looking for an LPN Supervisor to join our Private Duty Nursing team! Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse and requires team supervision skills and a problem-solving attitude. You are the right fit if you thrive in nursing operations and have a heart for the nurses and families you serve. Requirements + Active and current MO LPN License. + 1-year pediatric nursing experience required. + Proven work experience as a supervisor + In-depth knowledge of private duty nursing is a plus but not required - we will train. + Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in nursing + Team supervision skills + Great communication and people skills + Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills + Valid nursing license We’re taking the journey with you, creating a New Beginning!
