Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients and families. Obtain and interpret information considering age-specific needs of patients. Conduct interviews with patients to address healthcare questions and provide counseling using available resources. Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed by physicians, staying updated on immunization and allergy injection requirements. Sterilize office equipment, manage stock supplies, and maintain accurate records. Perform laboratory duties ensuring compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations. Identify and communicate educational needs to patients and provide teaching upon physician request. Assist physicians in patient examinations and perform specialized procedures.
