In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving organizational change and improving operational efficiency through strategic transformation initiatives. Your expertise in change management and process improvement will be essential in leading successful projects and ensuring smooth transitions. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for driving change and a proven track record in business transformation, we encourage you to apply and help us achieve our strategic goals. **Responsibilities** + Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement business transformation strategies to drive organizational change and improve operational efficiency. + Project Management: Lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. + Process Improvement: Identify and analyze business processes to recommend and implement improvements that enhance productivity and efficiency. + Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization. + Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with transformation objectives. + Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, using data-driven insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement. + Training and Development: Provide training and support to employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems. **Education & Experience Required** + Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred + Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar, Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) a plus, Lean or similar + Experience: 3+ years of experience in a business transformation, change management, or related field such as consulting. + Proven track record of successfully leading consulting or business transformation projects and driving organizational change. + Experience in the technology or software industry, utilities, defence, or telcos is highly desirable. + Strong verbal and written communication skills in dealing with clients, internal and external stakeholders, senior management and staff + Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical individuals + Experience with small, high-performing teams; collaborative and independently driven + Must demonstrate a flexible, open-minded attitude and have strong interpersonal skills + Experience effectively leading meetings and facilitating groups to reach consensus + Fluent in English, Bilingual French an asset **Decision Making & Supervision** + Work will be supervised at a high level by the GTM PMO & Business Operations Head + The applicant must possess an ability to work well both individually and in a team environment and have strong verbal and written communication skills + This role has no direct reports, but will work and interact with multi-disciplinary engineering, contracts, legal, and commercial teams **Working Conditions** + Working conditions are generally comfortable typical of an office environment + Occasional international travel is anticipated The successful candidate must be able to work in Canada and obtain a Reliability clearance.
