As a LSS Account Manager, you are to manage and grow portfolio of key accounts for Conveyors and Sortation Systems for the airport & e-commerce industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationshipsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutionsIdentify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutionsGuide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account managementMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growthKey Experience & Capabilities:
Bachelor degree with electrotechnical / automation control / mechanical designOver 3 years working experience in BHS / Soter solutions / warehouse logistics solutionsCandidates with Engineering / R&D / fielder service background are preferredMandarin proficiency is an added advantage as the role involves communication with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
