**A Snapshot of Your Day** As sourcing manager steam generator / boiler / dSCR systems in international proposal and execution teams and with international suppliers you will keep on track and lead all aspects of the delivery of projects including budget, quality, safety, performance and schedule requirements. You are an integral part of the company’s supply chain management community and stay in contact with Engineering, Site Erection, Project Management, Sales/ Proposals, Logistics, Purchasing Councils, Regional Units, international procurement organizations and sourcing hubs as well as with Suppliers, associations, public institutions, consultants, legal advisors, benchmarking partners. Evaluation and commenting of commercial customer specification and support cost calculations for respective scope are your daily business. You will compile the request for quotation documents for the contractor together with PM HRSG/dSCR, support the evaluation and comparison of incoming offers, negotiate with contractors until contract readiness with your team! **How You’ll Make an Impact** · You will alter the success of the projects with your engagement for cost, quality and time schedule for proposal or execution projects, mainly supplier and contract management activities. + Evaluatethe commercial part of the customer contract (specifications andrequirements), prepare commercial specifications and inquiry documents + Contractmanagement and negotiation + Responsiblefor fulfillment of contractors time schedules, quality and costs, reviewof contractor’s commercial documentation and invoices. + Develop/ maintain appropriate global commodity / component strategies and ensuretheir implementation. + Collaboratewith the Project Manager HRSG/dSCR and establish project controls that arein line with PM@SE & Business Management Systems. Direct, lead andempower your supplier to deliver successfully, helping to drive our energytransformation efforts. **What You Bring** + BachelorDegree in Business Administration/Engineering or related + 5+years of power plant execution and contractor management + Supportthe organization with your commercial specialist knowledge in HeatRecovery Steam Generator (HRSG) systems with experience in EPC(Engineering, Procurement/Fabrication, Erection/Commissioning) market orwith Boiler/HRSG contractors + Experiencewith document and data management tools and data bases + Self-motivationwith high energy drive and business sense and capability of multitasking,with excellent organizational skills while assuring a high-quality workprocess and willingness for business travels with international contacts(Minimum 20% travel is required) + ExcellentEnglish skills compared with intercultural sensitivity, to work in(virtual) international teams and with international suppliers Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
