Work Experience
Experience in a production environment (minimum 5 years, preferably in the carbon and graphite industry).Strong organizational and teamwork skills.Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and collaborate with colleagues.Familiarity with safety and environmental protocols.
Benefits
The Lube Plant Operator is responsible for the daily operations within the lube plant facility. This includes tasks such as maintaining safety standards, monitoring production quality, conducting quality testing, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring proper packaging and inventory control.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Complete Hazwoper training and MSHA training (provided by the company).Collaborate with the Quality team to monitor production and make adjustments to ensure specifications and targets are met.Conduct quality testing for lube products.Troubleshoot production equipment and perform basic repairs and adjustments as needed.Review and follow established control plans.Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products.Safely operate mobile equipment.Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly.Use tools and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.Follow and enforce plant policies, including Lockout/Tagout, Golden Rules, and other safety policies.Maintain hazardous material training, including Hazwoper, 49CFR, IATA, and IMDG.Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and packaging supplies.Work Experience

Working Conditions:
Work in a dusty, dirty environment, including outdoors, evenings, and weekends as needed.Tolerate various environmental factors such as heat, cold, and dirt.Prolonged standing and walking are required.Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Stand for extended periods.Climb stairs and ladders as needed.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time schedule, typically 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) with shifts of 8–10 hours per day.On-call availability as needed.Benefits
